snapdeal company is not my refund from 6 month

Mene snapdeal se online Hugo Chavez georgette gown buy kia. Jiska order no.6668738477
mene Oder place 8/6/2015 8.10pm kia tha.order issued 11/6/2015 ko hua tha.. Dress m kuc problm hone se mene dress return kr Dia. Or company ne bola mjhe 7days me cash mil jaega. Bt company mjhe 6 month se pagal BNA rh hai or mjhe mera refund NH de rh hai. Mera refund amount ₹997 ka hai. Company mjhse 12 bar bank details mang chuki hai. But company ne mjhe refund NH kia amount.. Evn meri bhut bar company ke supervisor,assistant, se bat bi hui vo mjhe assurance dete hai ki 3 days m ,15 days m apko refund mil jaega. But NH mila Abi tak. Company ko bank details mail karne ir une call karne me mere 700 TK ka expense ho gya hai..plz help
