SnapDeal.com no returning my money

Hi Guys, I ordered Samsung galaxy Y from snapdeal.com on 30th July for my sister as Raksha Bandhan gift but due to some reason i cancelled that within 2 hours of order but still the order was delivered onto my sister’s address and since it was a gift, my sister was not aware about it and she opened the packet. During this period i was out of india so could not ask her about the same. As soon as i returned on 11th i asked her about this and she said she got 2 mobiles one from snapdeal and other from flipkart. I was shocked that i cancelled the order from snaldeal and ordered it through flipkart but still the order from snapdeal was delevered to my sister address even though i cancelled it same day. So, i called snapdeal and they said sorry sir it was a mistake or mis-communication happened in our delivery or dispatch departments. So, they gave me a complain number # 899838 and my order cancellation number was # 839143. Then i received a call from someone from snapdeal product team and they said that they understand my concern and it was their fault that the order was delivered but now since the seal is broken they cannot return it. That’s not done at all as the pruduct is unused and my sister has not used the product, she just opened the seal to check the mobile, nothing else. And then that guy said he need to check with some other team and call me back and that call never happened. Instead i got an email saying that i never picked the phone and they cannot recall the product. This is bullshit, why will i be penalized for that product that i have already cancelled and it was their fault that they delivered it. My bigest mistake was that i ordered the mobile using my credit card. Seriously, how can they play with our emotions and simply say that “you have opened the seal and now we cannot return the product”. They should have not dispatched the order at the first place as i have cancelled it same day(ticket number 839143).

I simply want them to recall their product and refund my Rs 7049 on my credit card.

I have asked my HDFC bank credit card division to dispute that charge as well and get the money refunded.

So, please help me as i have been cheated by this pathetic snapdeal.com website.
