SnapDeal Cheating as delivered by GoJavas

I have ordered Milton Clearsteel 3 Piece Casserole Gift Set thru Snapdeal

Ihave follow up with GO Javass and they have delivered the product to some other person in different address and they gave me the mobile number (98849 xxxxx) of the person received the product who is nowhere related to me
I want to get this issue fixed and I don’t want the product any more and please go head and cancel the same and refund my amount at the earliest would be greatly appreciated
And being a customer for Snapdeal for more than 2 years this is not only the worst experience I had with your Delivery Partners

One of the worst Customer service and this is happening after TATA and Japan Soft bank Deals thru with SNAPDEAL

    I fed up writing you guys many mails and complaints raised by me were closed with out any resolution please check with the below complaint numbers and i hope you do have contact details in there
    Date – 20/11
    Complaint number – 12111230

    If i had the option of puting the screenshots i could have pasted the mails we had transcated with no resolution to my issue and no Gurantee to my Money
