This is Abdur Raheem, resident of Abulfazal enclave, okhla, new Delhi-110025.
I got a Tikona broadband connection, ( 2500 rs plan for three months) they told me that this plan is 750kbps unlimited download plan. it has been 12,13 days. my broadband speed never went upto 250-300. (transfer rate 30-40 kbps) Im sick of this connection, they aare promising full speed n taking money around more than 800rs per month, and providing 200kbps speed that is insufficient for me at all.
