Dear Sir,
I, Swapan Maitra, SITI DIGITAL SET TOP Box user at Barrackpore (Kolkata-700123) would like to bring the following facts to yournotice,
a) M/s BCCN-Barrackpore Central Cable Network haveissued SET TOP BOX (SITI DIGITAL SET TOP BOX) three months back. Please note tilldate we have not received any Bill/Invoice towards the same.
b) The SET TOP BOX started malfunctioning 4 weeksback & representative of M/s BCCN have taken the BOX for necessaryrepairing/replacement.
c) Even after 3 weeks they have not returned the same.Understood the same has already been repaired bus unable to hand over the sameas they have misplaced certain accessories of the SET TOP BOX.
Now considering the above fact we request you to kindly lookinto the same & help as we have become the sufferer due to no fault of ours.
Please note now TV is running without SET TOP BOX, though wehave already paid money towards the same.
Also request you to issue Bill for New purchase of SET TOPBOX.
