Dear sir,my prepaid SIM 9980146178 ported from Karnataka Airtel to Andhra Pradesh Airtel on 28 SEP 17 . My porting code is AX711397. On 06 Oct 17 my network was gone and the old SIM replaced with new SIM .but not working error message displayed “SIM card registration failed”. I was tried so many times but no result also contacted with customercare but no result they are also not responding and gone to Airtel office at vizianagaram (AP) they are also not responding. It is very important for me now I am not able to do any transactions and not able to connect with my contacts presently I am out of station and it is very important for me
