We have a New Member in the Lists of Fraud!
Mr. Debashish Bhattacharya or Mr.Debashish Bhattacharjee however He calls himself.
name of his company is Silicon Assam, Lives in Guwahati (Assam)
Claims to be the best data provider in the market ans also sells Tech Support Calls and many things!
I gave him an order of PPI sales data, The leads were supposed to be downloaded from the clients’s portal and then give us 100 paid sample numbers for testing,But he denied and said that the minimum order should be 1000 leads, nothing less. So we paid him for 1000 leads as per Rs.8/lead and asked for the delivery, the same day. I paid him at 3 in the afternoon, Monday 24th November. He said, he will deliver it tomorrow not the same day. Still that was agreed. Then he sent 1000 leads next day at 12noon. But this data wasnt PPI but something else and also the data had 15% contact which spoke that they dodnt know what’s PPi and rest were disconnected numbers!!
When we asked for replacement, he agreed for that but started ignoring calls and put me on his Blocklist. I tried with my partner’s number which was unknown to him. He answered it and then said I cant answer your calls as I dont have anything to say, My data vendor is asking for more time and he will compensate adequately by tomorrow evening. Next evening he sent me a set of 50K Raw data which is useless to us. He wasted another 4 days in this blame game and kept fooling around. Then afterwards he kept me on BLOCK List again to avoid my calls and also stopped responding to my Skype texts. Now today after 7 complete working days, He says he cant help me at all as its not his fault.

I have got such reasons many times and therefore I dont find anything realistic to believe on.. If there was something wrong with 10-15 numbers, that would have been acceptable but this clearly indicates that there is something really wrong with him and he is trying to hide himself

I want a data which is in a raw format of Value report with a screenshot of the portal. The data strictly needs to be of PPI Converted Sales only. The data should be around 15days old or maximum 21days old . Yesterday’s data was not even relevant and was going on Auto Answer machine. We want a long term business relationship and for that, legitimate and prompt delivery is important. If we are happy with the data, the next order will be placed on Friday itself.
