My Consignor has shipped my parcel on 18th October 2014 via Blue Dart Express Courier company from Chennai to Surat. Its AWB No. is 50271965553. After few days it was reached at Kadodara, Surat blue Dart office on 24th October, 2014. Today, 30th October 2014 still my parcel has not been delivered to my address.
I have continuosly followed Blue Dart customer service 18602331234 and several Reminder Emails since 24th October 2014. Though they are not trying to findout its actual delay in delivery and passing the meaning less execuses to me.
Even I have asked Kadodara location office number to Blue Dart Customer service Executive Ms. Uma. to get the actual scenario by myself but thats provided number even is wrong.
I dont know when I will be received my courier at my home or not.
