Shame on LG customer service

Shame on LG customer service! It is ridiculous that a brand like LG has such ill mannered people in customer service. I called for buying an AMC for a washing machine i just bought and I heard the staff abuse in the background. Also i was put on hold for over 1 hour and the Amir the service representative did not escalate the call to the manager also. Said there is no manager available. SHAME ON LG!
