I have purchased a computer on loan on 16/08/07 from Indosoft Technologies computer sales and services,puee and financed by Bajaj auto finance ltd. I was oayming my memi on reguler basis timm feb 08 after that i got problem in the computer i informed to vendor but he dint respond . i have tried to find him on his office address but is was locked . i have onfomed the same problem to the bajaj finance but they have not given me any solution so i stoped paying installments. i was getting calls for emi paymt from the collection agency which appointed by baja finance . In aug 08 , some executibve came to my home regd pending emi paymt i have informd them the same problem , they asked me to surrender to computer to settle loan .i was not sure about that agency so i also comfirmed with bajaj auto finace ltd,pune branch they asked to do same thing . i talked to respecctive brance head at that time . I have surrendered the computer on 20/08/08 to om sai services at my home and they gived me acknowledgement letter. Regarding same settlemet i have cotacted baja finace and asked them to nil my account they assured me same. now on 26jul12 i got call from delhi teeshajari court that , baja finance filed case againt me for non-paymt of loan . i have visited baja office on 27jul12 but they are saying that they didnt receive any goods from us n my account is showing outstanding amount . According to them the acknowledment i have is duplicate it is fraud . they are forcing me to pay Rs 15,000/- more to settle account and harrassing me everyday . so pls guide me what shoud i do because i have alredy done everything from myside. pls look into this matter i am looking forward for ur positive guidance .
