Regretfully I wish to inform you that I can only allow a time frame of 24 hours from now for the claim amount credit. If it does not happen by tomorrow evening , I have to escalate the matter to my higher officials as already discussed with my Zonal functionaries regarding the neglegency on your side. I am just waiting for the feedback from your side. At the conclusion the Customer Support Team is horrible , it lacks in Committment, delivers a half written mail to a customer, although you deal with the utmost important aspect of human life. I am really unfortunate that I have to send so many communications for crediting ( after 12 days of settlement date)
of a claim settlement amount, as if I am begging for a grant !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As per the trail mail , I am sorry to state that inspite of a written commitment of one of your staffs , that the claim amount will be credited to the bank a/c within 5 working days , its not yet happening . Moreover the claim settlement period is getting delayed by 1 or 2 days whenever I tried to establish a communication.
It is really unfortunate that I have to knock your door again and again for getting a claim settlement amount . At the conclusion your I am not asking for any favour, rather it is a genuine claim which should have got credited much earlier in the present scenario of hi-tech driven banking facilities.
