Dear Sir,
I bought a Intel Xolo X900 IMEI No – 911202500176227
But there are some problem like battery is not working,power button is not working,phone hanging,ear phone is not working,phone software problem.I logged the complain several times to the customer care of the company.Every time they promise me to pick up my phone by their executive within 24 hours.But no any executive was visited my home.After 3 or 4 days they use to sent me a mail that your phone pick up have been cancelled.The same thing is occurring from last three months.Still they are not ready to give me any services.
Please help me sir as my still on warranty period.
