Dear Sir/Mam,
My phone was not working so, I went to Nokia service centre they told me 2600 for repairing under warranty, They say my phone is physically damage from internally, I don’t know how can it happen my phone was good in condition externally. But still I don’t mind but my complaint is for when I checked in other service centre of Nokia they say 1300 for repairing. Now the fact is there is huge difference in both service centre. First one is 2600 and the second one is 1300. I also contact to Nokia support care but there they people always said that my complaint is forwarded to higher department but whenever I am asking my complaint status they always said it in under process. Nobody want’s to give me any ans why they people do like that, Is they think customer are fool. I hope you can understand and help me please revert me soon.
