Booked online ticket from Kolhapur to Bengaluru to travel on 20th April. Bus didnot arrive. Sent through another bus but charged for the same. Paid for the full journey again. Complaint lodged on 24th April through email , forwarded again on 6th May and by speed post on 9th May. But no reply till date
