I had given AMC for my water purifier to Rubicon RO on 28/06/14 and a guy named Vijay nimbalkar had come and made contract. My water purifier stopped functioning on 23rd September and I have been calling Vijay and also Rubicon RO to repair the machine but none of them are helping in repairing the machine and I have to order bislery water from shop as water at my place is borewell water and can’t drink without purification.
i had contacted rubicon they told me the service engineer is no longer with them and told me to go ahead and file a compliant against them.i contacted the service engineer and he told me to contact the company or do what ever i want to he will not come for service.
