SAMSUNG IS CHEATING WITH US BY GIVING THE WRONG PRODUCT EVEN THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM IS NOT SUPPORTING..

I HAVE BROUGHT A SAMSUNG DOUBLE DOOR REFRIGERATOR AS WELL AS A WASHING MACHINE FROM HYDERABAD ON 9TH JANUARY 2016….FROM THE DAY ONE WE ARE FACING PROBLEM WITH REFRIGERATOR . FIRSTLY SERVICE PERSON REFUSED TO GIVE THE DEMONSTRATION.BUT WE WERE OK WITH THAT BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A REFRIGERATOR AND A WASHING MACHINE AND WE KNOW VERY WELL HOW TO OPERATE THE.BUT LETTER ON WE STARTED FACING PROBLEM IN THE WITH REFRIGERATOR.EVERY THING IN THE FRIDGE SECTION STARTED GETTING ICED.DUE TO THAT ALL THE VEGGIES,FRUITS,MILK AND ALL THE ITEMS IN FRIDGE GOT DESTROYED.AND AFTER COMPLAINING SO MANY TIMES SAMSUNG IS NOT READY TO GIVE A PROPER SERVICE TO US.THE FRIDGE COST ALMOST RS.80000/-WHICH IS ALL IN DRAIN..MY COMPLAINT NO.WITH SAMSUNG IS 8475324750.
PLZ HELP ME WITH THIS
