Hello Mr. Singh,
I will straight come to point, I purchased your AC (Split) on 1st June and since that day when the ac is installed, there is continuous noise (not sound) noise coming from the ac as soon as the compressor is on. i complained regarding the same 4-5 times both with Samsung as well as to Vijay Sales, Ghaziabad (UP) from where i purchased. (Bill copy attached.)
After repeated attempts and technicians visit, finally i was told that the ac will be taken back and Samsung will refund the amount.
I got the call from Mr. Raj Sharma from Raj conditioning saying that i should send the documents to him for the refund process as he has got the approval from Samsung for refund.
(Exterior and interior EB numbers, one cancelled cheque, my photo and bill copy)
I emailed him all the documents on 15th July 2014 and since then he has been untraceable.
Kindly do something in this regard as i am very frustrated with this company (Samsung) and will never ever at least in my life span will ever buy any Samsung product.
