Dear Sir,
I would like to know how can I get my salary for April 2013 and May 2014 which the company has not paid to us or any employee.
Also as company is in bad shape and havent got any funding so probably it will get close. I have been asked to put down paper and after several follow ups, I am not getting any reply.
I would like to know how can we get our salary even after if the company gets close down
