Reverse picking of shoes and refund.

I orderd (Trucum Smart Black Leather Derby Shoes) on 29 jully 2014, they delivered me on 4 august 2014. My snapdeal order no. is 2519914396 and complaint number on snapdeal is 8335237. The shoes was not good, wrong size not fitted under trustpay team in 7 days customer return i want to return this shoes. But in the website of snapdeal.com in my account my orders there comes your product was cancelled. i complained on snapdeal on 6 aug 2014 to snapdeal help desk their snapdeal representative said that me your complaint registered and they said their courier partner will come in 48 hours to reverse picking of product. The days goes and goes and i call them snapdeal many time but their snapdeal representive everyday said they forward the complaint to urgent reverse picking. Today is 17 august 2014 no one coming and nothing snapdeal do.please help me.
