Name of company/service: CLC services

I have submitted fees to CLC services for settlement of my Credit card bill and Personal Loan at 27th May, There are no response from CLC services, try to contact with company so many times to know the status of my complain but neither they call me nor pick up may call. There are no progress in my complain so i want to withdraw my complain and want to return my fee Rs.4000 but team is not ready to return my money. This is a big fraud, doing by company. So i need your help to close this issue because of i have frosted due to this services. Its mental torches.
Plz help me for this issue.

    Clc services is a 101% BIG FRAUD company…….. The person name is rishi, ashu nd nitin. Fraud. Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud. Please dnt take any services from CLC services company. Call @ 9810400569. I will help u guys. Dnt worry.

    Totally fraud…. Mannerless people.. Fake promises… I really feel like abusing specially their main guy Rishi

    FRAUD COMPANY, Never avail their services, they will fetch your hard earned money and will never get back to you, on your follow up these guys will ask for the basic information again and again and again and thereafter no response. staff names are ROHAN, RISHI, ASHISH.

    I am struggling to pay my credit card And Lone bills. In July, 2015 Many of the employee of CLC Services Like – Prachi / Rohit / Rishi/Ashu/ Aashis / Himanshu approached me with a guarantee waive off 80% of the outstanding amount and also that I don’t have to deal with the recovery agents which they themselves will handle. For this they demanded Rs. 14000 to be paid upfront and remaining which is 6% of credit amount later. And they were promised that same will be settling down within a one or two month only. As the time goes by i started receiving calls from recovery agents. Upon calling CLC they say it is in process and will be done in one week and now it’s Jan. Last and still I get only false promises.
    Every month they say we will do it this month that month. Every time they make a new story and promise that will settle all by a week, but every time they just make me fool.
