Return not being accepted

I had placed an order on Street Style Store. It was heels. The product I received is not what I actually saw in the picture. Now I want to exchange that product with some other heel or get my money back. But there is no option for return. And the only option they are giving me is to exchange it for another size of the same product which I don’t want. The product is of very cheap quality and it is no value for my money. I can send the pictures of the product if possible.
