not responsing against complain

I have purchased the DAIKIN AC 1.5 Tr 5 Star with the serial no.FT50MV16 E067564, R50MV16 E063500 from company dealer JAL – VAYU ENVIRO SYSTEM (P) Ltd. B.21\96, Bind Bhavan, Kamaccha on dated 21st April in the month of July 2014, sale invoice book no. 02,serial no. 052 i have registered my complain through customer care no. 1800-102-9300 regarding free servicing from the company with the service request no. LKO 140711835 on dated 18th July 2014, but after so many reminder said company is not responding, i am very much fed up about the company service. Till now i have not get the service from the company. I want that my product should be returned and get the money back without any query otherwise i will take a strong legal action from the said company .
