Dear Sir/Madam,
I was suppose to travel with my and wife and sister in law on 21st July from Dhamangaon to CSTM on Vidharbha Express. But due to some technical error on Wardha station train dint make it to our boarding station and got diverted from Nagpur itself (two station before).
As i spoke to one of agent on 139, I was asked to file TDR online since it is eticket. And few days back I got a mail from them stating regret to refund ” as admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : CCR280713V30606 and the reason being : ‘Failed to collect TDR/TTE Certificate/GC’ ”
I am not sure what does it means and why. To me it is a straight forward return as train got diverted from previous station so there is no way i can board on that.
And how will i get certificate from TTE when train is not coming to station. When i contacted 139 they also did not mention about any certificate and I have also checked your rule book TTE certificate is required on AC not worked or Excess fare ticket (EFT) or wrongly charged or Certificate from the TTE (in original) for the less passenger travelled. There is no where mention to get certificate if train is diverted
So its kind request to please look into it seriously and grant me refund.
