not reponding and my courier didnt received even after 2 days

i have courierd a gift on friday, which was supposed to reach on saturday. was not reached ,,, i did follow up but they are not responding well. my courier was from vapi to surat, cosignment no G95600119635.. they are not recieving the calss. surat office is not responding to us neither their own branch ofiice. i have mail to their respective corporat id, even though no positive reponse yet
