Replacement of the defective product “Just That Perfect Look by Coloressence”

There were few products that were found damaged after the delivery –
1. Lipstics (a) 33 Ruby Rust (b) 65 Hot Look (c) H213 Coral Sand
2. Empty bottle of “Intense Liquid Eye Liner”

The product of cosmetics set called “Just That Perfect Look by Coloressence” was ordered on 12th august 2014 and was delivered on 20th august 2014. When i checked the product, the above mentioned products were found damaged. I called the customer representative of Homeshop18 immediately, and she took the complaint and confirmed that the complaint has been registered properly and asked to wait for 7-10 days for the delivery of new products that were stated as damaged.
But after 10 days when i called the company to ask about the whereabouts of the product they told that the complaint has not been registered with them at that time on 20th August 2014 due to some technical errors and hence no replacements can be made. Now, as according to company policies only complaints registered within 48 hours will be entertained, afterwards none of the complaints will be entertained.
Its not my fault that the company’s system got some technical error or something. Or atleast the representative must have told me if there was some technical difficulties at that time so that I must have called after sometime but she didn’t told anything like that , instead she said its been taken and registered and the problem will be resolved in 7-8 days and those defected pieces will be replaced and delivered in next 8-10 days. Its a product of Rs.1299 and its defective amd damaged and after complaining also no replacements were made.
So, kindly please look into this problem and take some action as soon as possible and help me in resolving it and get my replacement.
