Not repairing my cell free of charge although my cell phone is in warranty period.

Dear Sir/Mam,

I have purchased Sony Xperia C on 16th Aug 2014. I used the cell phone for 20 days ans realised that there is network issue in the cell. I changed my airtel no to vodafone no thinking that it might be because of service provider. But after changing the service provider also i am facing the same problem. So i gave my cell phone to authorised customer service centre at Aarvee Infoservices on 20th Sept 2014. They opened my cell (not in front of me) and told that the litmus paper inside the phone is missing so my warranty period is void. As a customer i have no idea what is litmus paper. Its been 2 months now my cell is with them.

Now they are demanding 5053 rs for repairing. I already purchased an expensive cell phone worth 16000 rs couple of months back and now they are asking for 5000 rs more. I hardly used my cell phone. They did’nt opened my cell phone in front of me. I even asked them to show the video footage but they are not showing.Since last 2 months i sent so many mails, but i did’nt received any of my mail reply. They didnt even answer my call. Just last week when i told them that if they will not reply my mail then i will go to consumer forum, then i received their reply for the first time but in that reply also they informed that they will not repair my cell and i will have to bear the repair cost. My concern is why i shall pay 5000 rs more when its only 3 months i purchased my cell and out of that 2 months cell was kept with them.

I hope you will help me in resolving the problem at the earliest. Awaiting your reply for the same.

Thanks and regards,

Ankush Jain
