My reliance prepaid gsm number is 8099662934. i got a flash message that 10 rupees have been deducted from my account towards VAS EASY MOBILE VP service. i dont konw what is that and i have never opted for that service. i have been trying to reach customer care for the last 8 hours but it never connects and says all our agents are busy. poor customer care service. please rectify this otherwise please let me know that this will not rectify so that i can opt for the other network.

I just recharged my cell +91-8443934955 and I was deducted with Rs.20 for VAS easy Mobile.I am not subscribed to any thing like this.Every time I recharge my mobile RELIANCE cheats my money with VAS messages.Long Live cheats like RELIANCE where we people are cheated with money and we believe in these cheats.Shame on You as u have IVR where there are no options to complain to Customer Care, Just 50 Paise of call charges for calling the IVR. Shame on Cheats and the Dhirubhai Ambani.
