RELIANCE NOT RESOLVING MY ISSUE.

Sir,
I am a reliance internet broadband subscriber in Trivandrum district of Kerela i have made many complaints about internet not working since 5th october 2014 and on 19 October when i called customer care and they told me they closed the complaint because it was solved and i was happy to hear that and checked my internet and saw the problem still there and i called again and told that my problem is not resolved and they told me server issue was resolved and there must be problem on your side so we will send a technician within 24 hours which never happened.
Today is 25th October 2014 and i am waiting for a resolution.I am really very disappointed in the service provided by reliance.
