Reliance Net connect services not working

This is with reference to your e-mail dated June 21, 2013 for your Reliance Netconnect+ number 9375210454, regarding connectivity issue and refund of advance rental plan.

We regret the inconvenience.

Kindly note that the advance rental plan has been activated to your account successfully and benefit has been provided, hence we are unable to process a request to refund the amount.

Regarding connectivity issue:
We request you to check the network setting and change the setting to Hybrid mode while roaming/traveling. Steps for network settings:
Open the dialer
Click on settings
Click on Network (3 Network modes will be displayed)
Broadband +/ High speed 1x/ Hybrid
Click on the Broadband + mode or High Speed 1X (where there is no Broadband+ coverage) and click on apply
We also request you to please enter the correct Reliance Netconnect Broadband number as username and password without prefixing 0. Please follow the below mentioned steps for further assistance:

For Win 2000 & WIN XP: Go to Start>Settings>Network and Dial Up connections right click on Reliance Netconnect Icon and Click on properties>Networking Tab>Internet Protocol [TCP/IP] should be checked.

For Win98/SE and Win ME: Go to Start>Settings>Network and Dial Up connections right click on Reliance Netconnect Icon and click on properties>Server type Tab>check the TCP/IP check box if not selected then click on TCIP button.

For Windows 7: Go to Start>Settings>Phone and Modem>Click on Modem>Do Query Modem.

If your issue is still not resolved, then uninstall and reinstall the Reliance Netconnect software then restart the system and try connecting.

If problem persists, then we request you to write to us with the following details:
Error message
Operating system type
HSD card make and model
Desktop/laptop make and model
Signal Strength
Exact Location where problem is being face
Alternate contact number
Preferable time to call you when you are available with the system

First of all i never write in bellow mail regarding billing issue , i only write that i have only facing connectivity issues since 18th May 2013 & still facing the same. As i got your mail on 7th May 2013 regarding same issue & do not take any action to solve the problem.

It is high time to my patience.

Kindly give me clarification what kind of action take from your end to solve my issue, why should i do not got any response from your side to solve problem, is there are no to take care to solve client issue ???

Now i think, why i choose Reliance??

Kindly process to refund my amount as i paid in advance for three month. There are no any further improvement from your side to solve issue since last one & half month.

Request you to kindly process for REFUND MY AMOUNT WHICH I PAID IN ADVANCE or i know the door of Consumer Forum & complain in TRY.

Dear Sir,

I Navinchandra Gopaldas Paun used service of Reliance Net Connect since last 2 year. I got extremely good service from your company that why I renew your advance rental plan on 01st May 2013.. I pay Rs. 1180 on advance basis for same plan. I also recommend to my friend circle & family member to use Reliance Net Connect due to provide good service for internet service.

But all my belief are now convert in said moment when I got regularly facing problem from service given by you.

First time I got problem on 18th May 2013 (Talk with Mr. Mazahar Choble), (got error – 678 – the computer did not respond). So I called up customer care & inform customer care executive. I got information from customer care that there are problem in dongle (Data Card) & get advice that visit to Authorized Service Center. So I visit your authorized service center located at Rajkot (Aum Telecom center).. I got information from ASC that you keep your data card for 2 working day & they will inform us what actual problem is & pay 250 Rs. for the same services.

After 2 working days I got data card return & got confirmation that now data card working properly. I checked at that data card working properly but after 1 hour same message shown on system & services was close. I called to customer services center on 21st May (Talk with Mr. Sunil Herababu) & I informed to her, that now I visit your services center & they provide me data card with required services. At that time I got information that there are problem from Data Card only, no other problem from services side.

As I have lot of trust in your service, I got visit service center on second time. Once I got same reply please keep data card with us for 2 working days we will check & revert you within 48 hours.

I visit services center after 2 days & got reply that there are no problem with Data Card, there are problem with server. I don’t understand that if there are no problem in data card then why I charged with 250 Rs., I also asked same to services center, I got replied that charged taken for first time services given to you.

As still there is no any solution, I called to customer services center on 27th May (Talk with Mr. Aadim Said) & he got my problem seriously & put all details & give complain no 203495326 & arrange engineer at my home location to solve my issue. I there are two time I called to customer care & no one is take a matter seriously & don’t put as a complain.

Next day engineer visit location & said that there are problem with Data Card only. At that time I informed him that I visit your authorized services center for the same & they are said that there are no any problems with Data card, so he also confused & said that there are might be problem with Network, network might be not working properly. He is also failed to solve problem.

On 30th May I called to Customer care (Talk with Mr. Navin Keriwala)I put new complain that I don’t got any resolution regarding same problem (Complain no 2033633374). Now got advice that I got phone call from our special service team & they will help to solve problem.

I got phone call from your representative regarding solve issue. I got resolve problem at that time for 15 minute, after that same problem faced.

I called to customer care on 1st May (Talk with Ms. Sapna Dube) & her advice me that I will get call from our side regarding same issue. But I don’t receive any response from your side & don’t got any call from any person. I called on 2nd May 2013 (Talk with Mr. Yesh Makhija & Nisha Varma) & I inform that if my service not working properly then I quit from your service as there are so many services provider in market. He will transfer call to Mr. Nishant Shukla who is might be his senior.

Mr. Nishant Shukla gives me promises that your service will be star in next 3 days please continuo with us. After one day services will star for some time after some time same error was show.

I called to customer car & talk with Mr. Nishant Shukla & inform that same error was show from your side, now he got new complain & said that your problem will solve in next 3 days.

I was shocked to hear that, what was done???? Am I talking with customer care executive or any non responsible person??? He is ready get only for new complain. I have no option with me as I PAY ADVANCE PAYMENT to you. As I have lot of TURST IN YOUR NAME.

Now I realized my mistake to pay advance payment for your lethargic services & response.

Now I think to put your complain with TRY, why I should got not proper services from your side when I give payment in advance.

I also put your complain with Consumer forum, regarding your service & inform that how your company cheat with customer when ADVANCE PAYMENT TAKE N FROM CLIENT.

Kindly give me proper refund or extend services days for which i am not able to use services.

Dear Amit,

As we already inform you that we got same information from your customer care executive as well customer manager.

As you prescribe bellow details we already process at least 15 times & every time we talk with your customer care office at least for 45 minutes, but every time we don’t get any result for the same.

Every time we west our time & energy because of your poor services.

We also try as given details by you but same type of error message shown on system.

Why should not your process for refund amount as we do not received any services after advance payment ??

What kind of charge you taken from client when you are not able to provide service & client pay in advance.

What is the mean of customer services given by you ??

Process for refund my all amount which is pay in advance.

Kindly do not encourage me to go in consumer court.
