Reliance Internet line

I was a subscriber of Reliance Internet wi-max line.
My Account number – 100116285733
Name – Arijit Chatterjee
The line was not working and I booked complain on Reliance customer care several times.
I had one of their service incharge’s number, named Dipta (don’t know full name), I called him repeatedly and he was not picking my phone.
Lastly I had to call again Reliance customer care and stop my service. The line was not stopped on my request and they were sending me bill on the line which stopped working several weeks back. I am running a small office with client outside India where the only way of communication is through Internet. I lost almost Rs. 3-4 lakhs of business during that crisis period. Not only that the clients thought we are not delivering the product in time and giving them excuses on my internet line. I lost goodwill also and so lost clients.

The story here doesn’t end,
Now ultimately Reliance disconnect my line and they send me a final bill of Rs 2753, bill no – 284122360560, adjusting my deposit, which I denied to pay.

Someone, telling me name Sweta Gupta, now calling and saying that she is government advocate (not from Reliance) , talking to me in very bad manner and calling me “you defaulter”. She is registering a case against my name at Delhi Court (I am in West Bengal), I have to go there on any notice if I received and submit any fine and fight against my case.

Don’t know which reader is reading this or who can help me on this. Any one from reliance may sort it out.
They are doing all this for Rs 2753, but what business I lost, near about Rs. 3-4 lakhs, and lost client too, because of their poor service and system who will compensate that???
