Reliance Broadband – Irresponsible staffs, cheated with me by giving wrong commitment about speed.

I am reliance broadband customer with customer id : 365291825765

A worst customer service, very slow speed, irresponsible behavior of the staff members etc… I have so much complains about this India’s leading telecommunication system.

I bought connection in the condition to get enough speed, but I never got it, on the same day of installation I spoke to the sales guy, he told me that just give us two days as the server is down for some time. Even after two days I didn’t get the speed up to the mark, and again I tried to call that sales guy he is just not receiving my phone.

I must attach the name of those cheaters sales guys as below :
1). Nilesh Thakor (door sales guy)
2). Mr. Nayan (boss of Nilesh, don’t know the designation)

Both of cheaters are not receiving my calls now. Also I got number of the branch in ahmedabad, and call there, but all of they are so busy, nobody is picking up my phone. Sometime the line was busy, it means someone was there, but don’t know why they were not picking up my cell only? So only the option is to call customer care. They told me that I would not get refund of installation cost as well as of 10 days due to our policy. So I am now helpless in this.

The purpose to post this comment is to make you guys aware that don’t even use reliance service for the broadband at least and if Reliance has quick resolution team who will read this post and can help me out in this case.

I am still continue to try to talk with nodal officer of reliance, but He is also not picking up my call.
