(b) DTO Chapra (Saran)Bihar letter No 258 dated 08 Sep 2011 (For NOC Verification) (Copy attached).
(c) Transport Department GNCT of Delhi letter No 1623 dated 18 Nov 2011. (NOC Verified report, Delivered to DTO Chapra (Saran) as On 05 Jan 2012 as per postal records, and also assures by Mr Pankaj (Dealing/Clk DTO Office Chapra) your rep, with our NCO as on 16 Mar 12 for receipt of the same.
2. Orders for registration of above vehicle in respect of Havildar Clerk Mantu Kumar who is serving in this Headquarters, against his application for registration of personnel vehicle have not been received by the individual despite lapse of moré than Eight months and reminders on the issue as quoted at para 1 (a) to (c) above.
3. In view of above you are requested to fwd reason for not registered with the same veh to your office.
4. District Magistrate & TPT Secr Only. You are requested to investigate matter properly and give suitable direction under intimation to this HQ.and also inform individual.
