Dear Sir,
Full & Final payment of home loan a/c no 567714574 made by me as on 07/05/2012 and all documents except original lic bond handover to me as on 17/05/2012 with this assurance that said policy will be handover to me with in 30 days but 120 days has been passed i am waiting for the same till date.
secondly rate of interest higher charge from oct 2010 onwards bank charge 12% interest (in place of 9.25%).
