REGARDING EXTRA BILL

sir i had got the bill of extra additional bill for the month of march 2016, and april 2016 for the wrong activation of addittional net pack by you and the late fees
charges is been added by you, I had been requesting to your vodafone care store
last months but they are not coporating with us i has requested to solve the problem for the same, they had sent the request for the same but only 300/- is
been deducted from the total bill. where my phone is suspened from 05.03.2016
the incoming call is also suspended from 01.04.2016 once again i requested them to solve the problem on 21.04.2016 but they are ignoring and telling that
which madam has the request you contact with here, i am suffering from this since last two months .
so please do the necessary and solve the problem as early as possible
