Regarding dispatching of my phone (Samsung galaxy j710 gold.)

Sir,
This is to inform you that the above mentioned company rejected the claim for my phone whose screen has been broken due to my accident. That claim has been rejected on 18 may 2017 but I was assured that my phone would be delivered to me on 26th of may 2017. Still I have not been given any information about even dispatching of my phone by them either in the form of mail or call or message even on my regular interrogation with there customer care executives.
They are not replying to my mail either.
kindly help me .
