Reg. TNEB Meter Problem

am a resident of Palkalai Nagar, Palavakkam Chennai.

Four weeks back when the EB person came for Meter reading, he said the
meter is not functioning properly and showing low consumption. I
explained him that i was not in town for a month because of summer
vacation but he refused to take reading and asked me to file a
complaint.

Based on this, I have filed a written complaint on 19 th June to AE.
Subsequently I have visited him 3 times in person to followup the
status. All the times he gave the contact of a technician (Rajendren –
9840222459) and promised me that on the same day he will come and
check the meter. But till date Rajendren has not inspected the meter
and everytime i call him (so far 8 times) he says that AE is not
letting him attend the case. When i called the AE again today (So far
3 personal visits and 6 followup calls) he slammed the phone and
refused to pick up the call again (Tried 20 times). I tried contacting
AD (9445850145) but he is also not picking the calls. Can you please
look into this issue and take necessary action to address the Meter
reading/inspection.

I am unable to pay this bi-monthly charges since the reading is not
taken and worried if this will affect my EB connection. Looking
