I have talked to Customer care of Infibeam atleast 5 times and each time I am being told that the item will get delivered by today or by most tomorrow morning, each time, but soon I realized that these are just false promises .
Fade up with it when I told Infibeam Customer Care person (Viraj ) to cancel the order so that I can go ahead and buy the product from market , I was told that the item cannot be cancelled now as it is already in the process of delivery.
So currently I am being forced to wait for the product delivery and completely dependent on the mercy of bluedart courier & Infibeam lethargic people.
I am tired and sick waiting for this product, I don’t want it anymore . Have I known Infibeam and bluedart duet, I would have never opted for it.
