About a month ago,I activated a Rs 32 pack for sms rates 10p/sms and 125 mb gprs and another pack of Rs 21 for 225 National sms on my airtel number 7870715652. Now,after about 1 month later,They deducted Rs 53 from my account.On contacting they said the packs were auto renewal packs.
I didnt used the packs at all and deactivated them immediately as i got the text for balance deduction.
But they are now refusing to refund my money.THIS IS NOT FAIR.
