not refunding my money

My ordet reference id is QEXOPZJAM I ordered micromax unite phone on 15 dec 2014 they have processed the transaction and untill today i have not recieved any payment from them .on 3rd feb they have mailed me it was written this in that email

The refund will take 3-4 working days to reflect in your account in case of private banks and 10-14 working days in case of nationalized banks.
