Refund not received for returned Product from Amazon.in

Hello Sir,

I am Shashank Kusare, I had purchased a mobile (one plus 5) from Amazon.in on 17-Oct-2017 (ORDER # 171-9485305-4073158). This item was defective and I had placed an replacement order.

On 23-Oct-2017, replacement order was created (ORDER # 408-9917073-7533150). This item was also defective and then I had asked for refund my money. Item has been collected by amazon courier agent on 01-Nov-2017 and reached to seller on 03-Nov-2017.

I am continuously calling Amazon to initiate refund as I have purchased this item from Amazon, but they are refusing to refund my money and told me that Seller will refund this. It’s been 3 days seller has not initiated my money and I have no guarantee that Amazon will give my amount back.

Please help me as I am going through huge inconvenience.
