Refund Not Received even after 15 Days of making Request – Very Poor Service from Indiamart

I was given the commitment that refund of my amount will be done with one week, but even after 15 days it has not happened, why there is so much delay??? Very poor service from IndiaMart, please refund my amount immediately and I want this complaint to be escalated to Senior Management
