refund money for failure transcation

Location/place: farrukhabad

Name of company/service: bank of india

i have saving account (a/c no-761110100004584) in branch 7611 of BANK OF INDIA .i have master debit card on its a/c no.
7dec12 i made payment on www.IRCTC.com via debit card.by some problem i was unsuccess in irctc reservation process.and www,irctc.com showed that your payment tansaction error.but i got sms of *BOI*star sandesh*that rs.712 has been credited to your a/c from POS-IRCTC on 7-12-12.i tried again but got response same first and i credited 712 rs for failure reservation process..
at the end i credited RS. 1424 for failed transaction.
so i inform to bank of india customer care no and was advised me to contact via email address Then i send email to solve the problem.
therefore i request here to take action urgent so that my money be credited.
my complaint is-
*against bank of india as my money not credited on my a/c.

*date of process of failure tansaction- 07dec12

    this is c.vidyakumar last month i got sms that star sandesh from BOI sultan Bzr branch Hyderabad in that sms they deducted Rs.225/- from my account. I alway tried to call to customer care people they r not taking call after 1month it will connected they r simply telling us that consult with the bank brnch. what were will be the plz credite the amt in my a/c. no.860710100009471

    Here I also get msg same way and something credited should I check it or not?
