refund for defective products

my name is jaspreet singh. I am from Amritsar, Punjab. On 20 may 2016 i orderad a e-book name was exam block ugc-net(order id 13376836240) on snapdeal.com. Book has been received on 23 may by mail. E-Book was locked by sender and they not send me code of book.on date 25th may i continuously mail and call to snapdeal and still my complaint is not solved. please help me
