I have booked travel package through yatratimes. But unfortunately unavoidable circumstances I have cancelled my package. I had already confirmed cancellation rule at the time of booking package. They have told me that if you cancelled package before 7 days of check-in date of hotel, you will get 100% refund. I have cancelled this before 8 days of check-in date of hotel via call and email to yatratimes. At that time they have told me that you will get your package amount back once we will get refund from hotel. Now whenever I called to yatratimes they were told me you will get your refund in few days. but from last 10 days they have stopped to received my calls also. I have all the voice call recording made with yatratime and I also have all mail conversion made with yatratimes. Please do needful. Thanks, Jayesh Ginoya 09727571701

As per our telephonic conversation your booking were confirm for Dubai we have already sent you the booking Voucher but you told after 15 Days that you can’t take booking and cencle the package but the policy is that you have to cancle the package till 10 days after making the payment as per our condition.your package is valid till Sep 2015,you can use your holidays between this calander year.any where is part of india & abroad.Package are Non refundable.

I have all proofs. I got bookin vouther on 13-Sep and I cancelled on 15-Sep. Just in 2 days.
Even if you consider first email or date of payment, it was 10-Sep.So in no case, it is 10 days.
Again your booking document clearly say, you can cancle beofre 7 days.
On top of that, I am not cancelling as I don’t want to travel. You cannot give even 50% of what you have commited.

Yatratimes.com booked the hotel. Took money from the guest, and did not pay to the hotel. Now, trying to reach Vishal at 09266602236 but he is not answering the calls. And their website has been running successfully. Request if money can be recovered, secondly their site can be banned so that other people are not cheated by them……And strange this thug person is having ringtone of Sai Baba……..

What is answer for my return. I don’t took more than 8 days in cancel and it was before 1.5 months of actual package. So it should be refundable.
You also commit that you will reach moneny by 15-Oct which is also went away.
Now first time in this thread you say it is not refundable.
Even if you say, you can give some other package anywhere in India, call and give such package but at least reply to email or call. -

I am recently a new victim of yatratimes. I was in touch with a sales guy named ‘Hydar’. He cheated me by offering HTC desire 816 PHONE if I buy 16999 on that day. I made the payment to yatratimes then he again confirmed that I’ll get my phone in 10 to 15 days. They were in contact me till 10 days just to make me feel normal that anyhow I wouldnt cancelcancel the deal. Now they have stopped receiving my calls nor they replying. I have all mail communication stating about my gift in written & I also have all phone calls recording that had happened when they were selling me their promotional Package. I wont let them go & I’ll take my all benefit from them. They everytime they even dont disclose their real names. I request for new comers that Beware about yatratimes fraud. Mayank, I am not site admin or related so they will decide on removing your comment. But I can put it on paper that you will not get anything back from this Yatratimes. It is 100% fraud company and no one get anything back till date. So just for for Consumer Court or police for fraud if you have some connection in police but otherwise there is no other way to deal with this people.

I became a victim of this site when a person named Vishal Sharma took Rs27,000/- (15,000 via bank transfer to Punjab National Bank and 12,000 by cash) and committed for a Shimla Manali package and did not give me the package at all. The hotel vouchers provided by the person was completely fraud. I spoke to many people using phone number 011646665000. Every time I use to talk to different person with same story. They use to tell me send us email with details and your money will be refunded in a week. these people are not refunding my money in spite of sending email to [email protected].
First thing is I need help how to get my money and second thing is I request all the citizens of India not to reach this site for any service as this site is completely fraud.
We are earning money by spending our sweat and blood but fraud sites like yatrtimes.com are taking our money for nothing and moving freely in India. Government should catch this company for fraud and punish. -
One person from yatratimes.com called me and asked me to provide bank details and NOC on yatratimes.com. These people as asking to write “Due to customer’s own problem the package was not taken” which is completely wrong. The NOC mentioned by Yatratimes.com mentioned as below. I request all the victims of yatratimes.com to be away from this NOC stuff. This is another fraud.

I am satisfied with the services of the company.Might be I am lucky after seeing all the above reviews that many are not satisfied.
I booked the package and applied for the hotel booking.
After some mail and call,i got the confirmation.
The hotel provided was also satisfactory and moreover i may plan for some more holiday trip from yatra times in future. -

i am new victim . my mistake i don,t check google review of this website . Mr. kunal a person called me saying we are part of yatra.com . now not picking my calls. customer care are wrost. Mr. rajiv from booking team . Mr. kunal and Mr. Rajiv both making me fool . i bought two package for goa 1 for me and another for my friend. he charged me 46000 for it. now waiting for refund. customer care denied to take booking.

My experience with yatratimes.com has been exceptionally bad. I had booked a package 3 months ago. Long promises were made like in every other sales call. However, each of them far from fulfilled. I was promised a cell phone as a gift with the package which was to reach me within 7-8 days of booking the package. It’s been over 3 months and I don’t have any status. It makes me laugh when I recall these goons confirming the color of cell phone I’d prefer while I was booking the package. Also, I have called and mailed them numerous times times to book a hotel for me but no reply either on mail or phone. Now they have very conveniently started to ignore my calls.
A fraud company. Have waited long enough for them to respond. Am in the process of filing a consumer complaint against them now.

I had booked a package with yatratimes of 10,999 on 21 Nov. 2014 for 4 night and 5 days which was valid for a year. Now when I am calling on mentioned numbers to avail the package, the guys picking up the call are saying wrong number. Also mails send to the mentioned ID’s are getting bounced. Please help me in getting my money back. My INVOICE NO. is 100329.
