I bought the one LCD display for moto E mobile from the eBay in 1250/-. i booked the product from one of my friend id.when i recived the product,that was not working condition.so i raised the request to return the product. they mentioned seller mobile number to communicate with him for sending the products. i called seller ,said product is not working ,so he said to send the product on following address.i sent the product by professional courier after sending the product i informed to ebay by my friend id.,i sent product to seller.ebay sent mail to us for sending “proof of dispatch”.i sent proof of dispatch from my mail id.because my friend was busy in some other work.so he was not able to communicate with them .so i sent POD.i was continuously communicating with them. but they was not replying to me. after some time they sent mail to my friend ,we are closing claim id.then i called them ,why u are closing the claim request. they said we didn’t receive any POD.i said to them ,i already sent POD with my mail id given reference of my friend mail id.they said we will accept the POD only from registered mail id.i said when i was replying to u,u nowhere mentioned ,we will not accept the mail from any other mail id.then i again sent the mail by my friend mail id with POD.but they didnt accept and said now u call seller to sent mail for receiving confirmation.i called seller multiple time but this person not replying and cheating with me.he said to me ,u say to ebay ,seller approved for refund confirmation.then same thing i said to ebay they said seller not sent any mail for approved refund.i called seller again please forward that mail on my mail id,which u sent to ebay.but he didnt send any mail to me and ebay for approving.i called ebay and said ,sir he is not replying to us.please contact from ur side. now ebay also not replying to us and seller also not communicating with us. my money and product both i loss.
