Dear Sir,
I have ordered Samsung Power Bank from rediff shopping, but it was defective, but when I visited samsung service center they confirmed that this charger is not authentic samsung product, so it is not liable for any warranty.
Now I want to return this and get my amount refunded, but there is no response from rediff shopping support team.
