recharge hasn’t reached, payment is done

Hi Sir/Madam,

I’ve used online internet banking to recharge the mobile numbers of my close ones, But recharge hasn’t reached into their mobile but payment is done through online banking:
There’s 2 incident in this month with me with idea and customer care didn’t register a complain.
1. Payment Details

I haven’t got my money back also.

Please suggest what should I do?
