Received Pre Litigation Dispute Notice from Tata Teleservices

I was shocked to receive a pre-litigation dispute notice from Superintendent – District Legal Services – Authority – Mumbai, My Account Number – 92222290848, Application No. 3229 of 2013, I have requested for cancellation of Tata Photon 3 times and even received service request number confirming that it has been discontinued as I wanted to shift from Mumbai to my home town Gurgaon, where Tata Photon doesn’t work at all, after cancellation request I was called thrice by Tata customer care guys asking what problem you are facing I told them that I don’t wish to continue with them any further as I would be relocation in an area where there service is limited and didn’t use the photon at all, and then was surprised to receive this letter asking me to pay INR 2784/- which has rent for the month I asked for it to get cancelled, I have all call records and emails and they are asking me to come on March 2nd at 11.00 am – Mumbai, I am here at Gurgaon and can’t come there to present my case else I would have surely exposed this.

Moreso, It was tata photon sales guy who visited my office and sold me this photon, when you guys are so aggressive in pre sales, should take care of cancellation request with same promptness as well.

I am willing to pay more in litigation than this amount but wouldn’t surrender to this, it is absolutely not done, it is just I got this letter accidentally as guard informed else, and I would take this to court.
