received fake ADIDAS deo from shopclues.com

Name of company/service: shopclues.com/ adidas cosmetic product

I have ordered a ADIDAS deo online from SHOPCLUES.COM. The product sent to me is fake.
There is no fragrance, no manufacturing date, no expire date, no mrp.
the only thing written is MADE IN POLLAND.
I contacted ADIDAS in this regard and they assured me that the product is not delivered by them and the product received by me is 100% fake.
Despite of many efforts made by me for the refund, they are not replying me back.
Help me in this regard
