Today… I did a 28rs skim from my phone balance.. First it I’ll not activated.. After that try second time…at second time the skim will be activate. But the company TATA DOCOMO cut the 28 rs two time. If TATA DOCOMO is giving me one time 28 rs skim so why they cut my balance 2two time.I also talk with customer care but they told me that we are (TATA DOCOMO) not responsible for that …if I am customer of TATA DOCOMO so it is responsible for that. After some time I try to call again to customer care. But steel it showing busy. I tried with my other TATA DOCOMO number and he told me that we don’t have sever call us after some time.. I have the all details.. And the customer call recording details also. This is not first time they done with me like this …that time also I complaint to consumer and TATA DOCOMO gave me my balance back after two month. So why TATA DOCOMO is treating with me like this… Sir please solve my problem and gave me my balance back… Thank you. My number is 7405451579.
